For most sessions, I offer a complimentary Discovery Call to ensure we’re the perfect fit for each other. This allows us to set expectations, discuss your vision, and establish clear boundaries. I believe in a personal connection from the very beginning, which is why I don’t use an automated booking system for portraits—I want to make sure we’re aligned before we move forward.

No, I do not offer unedited images under any circumstances. Unedited photos do not accurately reflect the quality or style of my work. Each image I deliver is carefully retouched to ensure it aligns with my artistic vision and maintains the high standard of the experience I offer.

For portrait sessions up to 3 business weeks from the date of your selects.*

Weddings take between 4-6 business weeks (up to 8 in busy season)

Sessions where body modification and extensive retouching is required, final galleries may be delayed.

Extended family sessions may take longer.

Due to the personalized, service-based nature of my work and the digital format of the final products, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.

Your retainer ensures that your session is reserved and tailored exclusively to you. It will be applied toward your total session cost, and as part of the premium experience I provide, it is non-refundable. All payments made to Ardent Aesthetics Photography LLC are considered final.

If there are any additional retouching requests beyond that, I’m happy to discuss them with you. Any specialized edits can be accommodated for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the request.

I understand that pets are beloved family members, and I’m happy to welcome most pets to participate in in-home and on-location sessions. However, due to the nature of my studio environment, no animals are permitted in the studio.

If you would like to include your pet, please mention it at the time of booking so we can discuss the details and ensure it’s a smooth experience for everyone. I kindly ask for a brief overview of your pet's breed, temperament, and behavior to ensure that the session remains comfortable and enjoyable. While I personally prefer not to work with animals, I’m happy to accommodate those for whom their pets are an important part of the experience.

Please note that I reserve the right to end a session if a pet exhibits aggressive behavior toward myself or others.
